Teardown.shop

Find out why visitors aren't buying.

Paste your store's address for a free score in about 30 seconds. Then get a written teardown: what to fix first, and copy you can paste straight in.

Free, no sign-up. We only look at the public storefront, never your admin.

What the full teardown covers

We go through your store the way a new shopper does, on a phone and on a laptop, and write down everything that slows them down or puts them off.

  • 01

    Speed on a phone

What loads slowly, which apps are to blame, and what to remove first.

  • 02

    The product page

Photos, description, price, delivery and returns: what a shopper needs before they'll buy.

  • 03

    Trust

Reviews, policies, contact details and the small signals first-time buyers look for.

  • 04

    Cart and checkout

Every extra step, surprise cost and distraction between “add to cart” and “paid”.

  • 05

    Copy

Headlines, product descriptions and announcement bars, rewritten so you can paste them in.

  • 06

    Search basics

Titles, descriptions and the product details Google needs to show you properly.

What you get

  • A prioritised fix list. Ranked by likely impact, each with why it matters and exactly how to do it in Shopify.
  • Screenshots of the problems. Your pages on mobile and desktop, next to each fix, so you can see what we mean.
  • Rewritten copy. Your headline, a product description and your shipping line, rewritten to paste in.
  • What's already working. So you don't break it while fixing the rest.

Questions

Do you need access to my store?
No. We only look at what any shopper can see: your storefront, product pages, cart and checkout up to the payment step. We never ask for your admin login.
Who writes the teardown?
An AI analyst does the work. It collects screenshots, speed tests and page data from your store, then writes the report and checks every recommendation against what it found. Nobody pads it with generic advice: every fix points at something on your store.
Is it just for Shopify?
The quick score works best on Shopify stores, because it reads Shopify's standard product and policy pages. The full teardown works for any online store.
What does it cost?
The first 10 teardowns are free, in exchange for honest feedback. After that, a teardown is $149 AUD, with a full refund if you don't find it useful.
How long does it take?
The quick score takes about 30 seconds. A full teardown arrives by email within 48 hours, as a private web page you can also save as a PDF.
